The Tek Republic TUN-310C USB Type-C 3 Port Hub with Gigabit Ethernet Network Adapter allows you to transfer data at blazing speeds of up to 5GBps - up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 through USB Type-C. It also adds a RJ45 Ethernet port to Macbook 12. The USB 3.0 maximizes network access speeds and provides transfer speeds of up to 5GBps at USB 3.0 bus levels. It is a compact USB 3.0 Hub with a network adapter that is backwards compatible with older USB 2.0/1.x computer systems (speed limited by USB bus). The network adapter will also support features such as Jumbo Frames, VLAN tagging and Wake on LAN (WOL), making the TUN-310C a versatile Gigabit network solution for home and business users alike as the ideal portable replacement for USB ports and network adapter.
